While our individual experiences may differ based on our own perceptions, beliefs and ideals, among the ‘awakened ones’ there is a commonality that can’t be denied.
An awakening to understanding that was once clouded by the smoke and mirrors of society and the puppet masters who pull the strings.
What may have started for you as a ringing in the ears or seeing repeating numbers patterns commonly known as synchronicities, has now catapulted you into a full-fledge explorative journey through the pathways of your own consciousness.
Some will have travelled the underworld, navigating the unconscious, others will have trekked the upper realms of spirit, or simply explored conscious thought process, but all of us in our essential quest, are seeking to activate what Carl G. Jung coined the ‘super conscious’ by means of exploring the three hemispheres, three worlds, or what is more commonly understood as the ‘three paths of shamanism’.
Upon activation and awakening, each of us begin our journey to solidify and unite the unconscious, allowing it to feed our conscious minds as we expand our awareness, forging an awakening of cataclysmic magnitude.
No matter your religion, ethnicity or race, beliefs or values, each of us essentially arrive at the few common realizations and this is how we can confirm and know for sure that what we are experiencing is real and verifiable.
Bouts of bliss, euphoric moments of sheer happiness and joy. You may have felt so light you couldn’t speak you were smiling so much! Whether you astral projected or experienced an overwhelming feeling and knowing that you just can’t explain. A love for all things will have penetrated your being and deepened or ignited your understanding that “we are all one”.
A sense of belonging, a reconnection and care for all living things will have emerged as you reached the realm of upper clarity, dwelling in the true sense of self– the ‘I am presence’ of everything.
2. “You are consciousness observing itself”
In one way or another you will have experienced the feeling in knowing that you are not just your mind or your body, a clarity will have struck you like a bolt of lightning illuminating a deeper wisdom within. Understanding will have sprouted like a seed that has been planted, that you are everything in existence, and at the same time you are nothing. You are every star, planet, moon and galaxy. You are every tree, plant, animal and equally so, every human being.
You are consciousness manifesting itself in billions of different ways, shapes and forms and you have discovered the beauty in knowing that this life is an experience to be had, not a punishment to be served. However, once we see this light of life, we also begin to take note of its shadow. The realization and knowing that in this world…..
3. There is a puppet master
Many awaken, to see not only the light but the shadow of the light. To the un-illuminated or enlightened, there is a ruling elite or oligarchy that sets the path and steers the course of the masses. These few, who are set to rule and watch over the many all the while feeding their own selfish desires.
Some awaken and fall into this fear, this trap, and so I urge you to fear not. Do not fall into the shadows of the light. With understanding and knowledge comes responsibility, so explore, understand and empower others with the knowledge you have obtained. Choose to spread love, not fear, choose to empower, not oppress.

Update: July 25: Do You Have a Spiritual Awakening Story? We’d love to hear it! Leave your comments below or email us at:
Today, it is clear for almost every spiritual seeker that we live in the era of awakening. However, what is the spiritual awakening is most misinterpreted.
Many people think that awakening and enlightenment is the same, it’s a single-time event: it’s happening for once and you are done!. On the contrary, the truth is that enlightenment is a process that is actually a series of awakenings. Let’s take a look to the three most important turning points during awakening.
Awakening from Identification
Every waking moment of our life fits a personal history with our own Self in its focus. Our life can only be interpreted within the framework of that history. The reason for that is that we identify with the voice of the Ego, the narrator of our own story, so closely that our personal history becomes the foundation of our entire life.
What does this identification mean? It means that we identify with a form (e. g. our name) that originally did not belong to us (we are all born without a name), but through identification this specific form has become a part of our existence.
A closer look at that personal history will, reveal that our internal story consists of a fabric of experiences and thoughts. Thoughts that explain our experiences, thoughts that we believe and with which we identified, thoughts that will thus provide the foundations of our self-determination.
Our personal history keeps us under its spell, in a hypnotic state in which all our attention is devoted to the inner voice and story it tells. In this way we give up our alertness, the world passes by us, because we only concentrate on the elements of reality that appear to confirm our personal history. We therefore lose our grip on the deeper dimensions of life. The deeper dimensions are present in our life, but we lose contact with them because of our lack of alertness.
The question may arise in us whether we are really identical with our own personal history, or perhaps we are more than that? Everybody has some vague suspicion that our personal history does not reflect reality, we are in fact at a deeper level than that.
When everything is apparently all right in our personal history, we achieve our goals, we are happy, and the vague suspicion vanishes entirely in us, and our identification with our personal history becomes more powerful. There are, however, moments in our life when nothing appears to succeed, so we are unhappy and we suffer. The suspicion then reinforces in us, and we tend to believe that we are more than the cluster of thoughts that constitute our personal history. We realize that we are more than mere thoughts.
If we become aware and conscious of our own personal history that we are telling ourselves, we have a chance to wake up from the hypnotic spell of our personal history. This is the first major turning point in the process of awakening.
2. Awakening from Ego
When the Consciousness identifies with a form, the Ego appears. The Ego always means some sort of an identification, self-determination (I am a man, I am a father, I am an Englishman, I am Christian etc.) The Ego therefore rests upon our identification with things that are important for us ego.
The Ego is the central figure of our personal history, based upon the past and looking into the future. The components of the Ego are thoughts, emotions, memories (with which the person identifies as “my story”), fixed unconscious roles and collective identifications (nationality, religion, etc.). Most people completely identify with these components of the Ego, and for them no self “outside” of this exists.
The identification of the Ego with things (object, the person’s own body, way of thinking) creates the link of the individual to various things. The Ego (and thus the spiritually unconscious person) experiences his/her existence through the possession of various objects. The satisfaction provided by the sense of possession is, however, short, so the individual usually carries on the pursuit for new objects. There is a powerful motivation behind this activity of the individual, a psychological demand to obtain more, the unconscious sense of “not yet enough,” and this feeling surfaces in a want for more. This want is a more powerful driving force for the Ego than the desire to possess. The uneasy feelings, recklessness, boredom, stress and dissatisfaction are all largely the products of the dissatisfied longing for more.
The thoughts such as “it’s mine,” “I want it,” “I need it,” “it is not enough,” belong to the structure of the Ego. The content of the Ego changes with time; it is replaced with new contents. No content is, however, able to lastingly satisfy the Ego as long as the structure of the Ego remains in its place. The individual keeps looking for something different, something that promises a greater satisfaction, making the sense of self of the individual more complete.
The Ego intends to elevate the forms (including its own form) to eternity, which is impossible. This intention of the Ego will be the source of all sufferings, because its world of forms and shapes shall collapse like a sandcastle after a while, until death snatches away the last of the forms: its body from it. It came empty-handed from Nothing, and that is how it is going to return there. The only treasure it could take along with it is its wakefulness, but the Ego considers that worthless in the world of forms and shapes, as it was not a means of increasing the power the Ego
The Ego is not bad, it is simply unconscious. Ego is the deepest dream of the Consciousness. If an individual is able to notice and observe the functions of the Ego, he or she will be able to transcend it. In that case, the individual who has been looking for a more complete perception of the self will recognize that it has always been there, but the functions of the Ego—identification with objects and thoughts—has pushed it into the background. One of the ways of transcending the Ego is not reacting wholeheartedly to the ever-changing kaleidoscope of thoughts and emotions, but concentrating on the alert consciousness in the background instead.
In most people, the term “consciousness” identifies with that socially conditioned Ego. At a number of people this identification is so powerful that they are unaware that their life is governed by a socially conditioned mind.
Those who are able to go beyond that identification with the mind recognize this state of being socially conditioned, and are also able to leave the social conditioning behind. Such a person will not identify with the mind but, increasingly, with the Consciousness. The
Alertness shall, therefore, control the mind to an increasing extent and will be manifested through the tranquilized mind
When our identification with a form ceases, a new space is generated between us and the form and we are able to see and recognize that we are not identical with that form. With the dissolution of the identification, the Ego also disappears. This is the second major turning point in the process of awakening.
3. Awakening in Alertness
The gateway leading us to the deeper dimensions of Life is Alertness, which appears as a result of the release of our attention from the hypnotic state of listening to our personal story. The new Alertness enables us to learn about ourselves without identifying with our thoughts and emotions.
What we first experience in this new, alert state beyond our thoughts and emotions is the completeness of existence. In that state all fragmentation disappears from our life, we recognize the inner spaciousness of our existence, our inner happiness and tranqulity. We feel at home in our own skin, and we realize that our alert consciousness is free from all kinds of thoughts and emotions.
In that state of Consciousness an entirely new dimension of existence opens up for us, showing us Existence from a completely new perspective. The unity behind the controversies is revealed in front of our eyes, and we no longer insist on looking on the sunny side of life, as we are able to discover beauty on the dark side, too.
We accept life as it is, and it is not done under pressure, since that acceptance is the result of our complete freedom. The freedom is, in turn, a fruit of our escape from the world of Shapes and Forms. We have understood and experienced the process of awakening. The time has come for us to take control over our mind whenever it is required by the circumstances. When we do not need the work of the mind directly, let us give it some rest.
Everything will be quiet and peaceful in us. We are beyond all good and evil, we are a mere Consciousness that does not analyze or judge, only contemplates. We realize that the same contemplating soul lives in everybody, so the differences between human beings are only superficial, and deep inside we are all the same. Experiencing that unity will bring us the ecstasy of Life, the perfect joy of Existence.
No matter your level of conscious awareness or the level of spiritual enlightenment that you have attained, there will come a time on your spiritual journey where you know and feel that you have made great internal progress and then suddenly.. nothing.
Positivity has flown out the window, prophetic visions and lucid dreaming have been replaced with normal lower conscious ideals and mindfulness has been replaced with overactive thinking patterns. You simply can’t make the connection that you once felt and it seems impossible to return to the level of light, love and higher awareness that you seek.
Everything you attempt to get moving again seems to fail, as if an invisible road block has been put right in front of you, leaving you wondering, just what is going on? It’s a path that can’t be avoided, but why does it happen?
Spiritual road blocks are designed for you to slow down and take a break. Your initial spiritual awakening, may have been so full-blown, that now your mind needs the time to rearrange itself. A reformation of belief systems, perceptions of the world and perceptions of yourself are in order here.
These time periods can be extremely frustrating and sometimes even painful if the cycle is leading you into (a)nother Dark Night of the Soul. Navigating this rocky terrain requires, patience and gentleness with yourself, in order to sail the rough waters, safely ashore.
Determining the root cause of spiritual, developmental, stalemates, are crucial to getting you back on the road again.
1.You Need Healing
A spiritual awakening can bring repressed memories and emotions from your unconscious into your conscious awareness. Such as past lives, things you may have forgotten about or things you weren’t even aware had occurred, may come bubbling to the surface. You may even begin to disassociate with these memories, eluding yourself into believing that they are figments of your imagination.
Any psychologist will tell you that anger stems from a wide
variety of underlying causes. When it comes to anger stemming from a spiritual awakening however, we usually can narrow down the field a little bit.
You still have hidden repressed memories, not yet brought to surface as well as the failure to forgive for those memories brought to your conscious awareness.
3. You have developed an over-inflated sense of self.
When you awaken you feel on top of the world, you feel like you have ‘finally arrived’ and looking back at others who have not yet reached your level of awareness, you can’t help but eventually feel “special”.
However, spiritual enlightenment is the ultimate goal for all humanity, not just a chosen few.
The more you associate yourself with this I.D of being different or special, that is according to Freud, “motivated by self-gratification
and pleasure” the more you battle with your ‘super ego’ effectively making it impossible to sustain a present awareness of acceptance and love, Thus hindering the continuance of your spiritual growth.
Quite simply the more you believe that you have “arrived” the more you have nowhere to go. No matter how much you want to continue on your quest in attaining consistent spiritual fulfillment your cup is full and needs to be emptied.
4. You’re frustrated with the current world status.
After much euphoria and exploration of the higher realms of life, gaining the wisdom and understanding of your multidimensional universally connected existence, you find yourself– human again. This can be a major let down. The power that you exuded in the upper realms isn’t manifesting in your current physical state and this can cause much discomfort and impatience.
You may also feel alienated from much of society as you have been endowed with much wisdom and wish to share your knowledge and yet to those who are “un-enlightened”, your perceptions and ideals are viewed as unrealistic and over-exuberant.
After much effort in attempting to teach others of your path, you end up feeling more discouraged than appreciated. Feeling as though your hands are chained, watching as the masses fall into the same old cycles of fear, attachment and compliance to the ruling oligarchy.
5. You’ve fallen back into old patterns of behaviour
Do you remember that moment when you first “made contact?” The moment when everything opened up for you in a blink of an eye and your entire world was changed. You saw reason and meaning behind everything that is, was and is yet to come.
Do you also remember how it felt when you realized that you were a pawn in the game, a slave to a system that appeared to be winning?
This is your reminder.
What we were exposed to during our awakenings was real and true, so hold fast and hold firm because we are the change and we are the people the world has been waiting for– all of us.
6. You’re not listening to your heart
While we are all globally connected, with hearts beating to the same drum, we are still unique. Each of us have a piece to a larger puzzle that is ushering in the age of enlightenment. Not one of us views the world from an entirely uniform basis of perception and it is in this uniqueness that lies your life purpose. That piece of the puzzle that you are to bring to the table and do this you must follow your heart.
We are always receiving subtle cues, synchronicities and soft nudges from the universe: a guidepost of light in a world that sometimes can feel enshrouded with darkness. When your mind cannot find its way out of its current spectrum of reality, your heart will always guide you along the path you are seeking.
7.You still think that you are unworthy
Due to major cultural, societal and religious indoctrination’s, a spiritual awakening can naturally be interpreted as an external happening, that of which you had little or no control over.
A gift from the gods or God, as your consciousness projects itself and is viewed out of the physical body. As such, feelings of unworthiness can immediately take over the control center in your mind and many will feel that they have been blessed with such a wonderful gift, that is not deserved.
While there are many Gods, Bodhisattva’s and Guides that can be of assistance to you on your awakening journey, the realization of authentic power is the ultimate liberation.
This authentic power emanates from within your own unconscious mind, that which is already a part of you; quite simply it is in your DNA.
By making the unconscious-conscious and bringing memory forward, the wisdom and knowledge unfolds in knowing that you are in control of your own destiny. Everything you need is already within you.
So if you are stuck on your spiritual awakening journey, meet your anger with love, follow your heart in all of your ways and remember that you are always worthy.
We live in the age of Awakening. More and more people are concerned about this: Who or what am I? I’m just the sum of my personal life story, memories, experiences, thoughts and sufferings? Or is therein me a hidden dimension of a mysterious consciousness, which is superimposed by the noise of my personal life stories?
The spiritual awakening means for the person the ability “to clearly see that what I perceive, experience, think or feel, is after all not the same as what I am.” As soon as a person recognizes who he or she is not, immediately comes the recognition of who he or she actually is: “The light of consciousness, in which perceptions, experiences, thoughts and emotions come and go. This consciousness in the background, is the deeper, real self.”
The Presence thus created (conscious alertness) brings about the sense of tranquility and internal peace. The sustained conscious attention launches the spiritual process of transubstantiation that leads the individual to conscious alertness, new perspective and new ways of observing. This process, by transforming the consciousness of the person, changes the entire personality of the individual.
The transformation of the conscience, the beginning of spiritual consciousness, is when the person experiences that he or she is the consciousness that perceives the operation of Ego. In Tolle’s opinion, when a person is aware that he/she is thinking, the consciousness that experiences this is not part of the person’s thinking. This is another dimension of consciousness.
Eckhart Tolle believes that this conscious alertness has already appeared at a small, but rapidly increasing part of mankind.
Following the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Frank M Wanderer created the Conscious Alertness Scale and carried out its statistical analysis. The purpose has been developing a new measuring instrument for the recognition of spiritual consciousness. An attempt has been made to find out whether this new consciousness exists at all and to what extent it is present in the population concerned (college students).
The measuring instrument thus created was used to seek an answer to the question as to whether the Conscious Alertness was present among college students, and whether there was any difference between the two genders in this respect. Eight hundred and fifty-four students were involved in the survey.
Frank research has verified his research hypothesis, that is, Conscious Alertness is present among college students.
The Conscious Alertness Scale revealed three dimensions of the Presence:
Reduction in the functions of Ego
Transcending the functions of Ego
Alert consciousness in the present
Among college students, the Alert consciousness in the present dimension of the Conscious Alertness had the highest prevalence.
Within that dimension, the sense of an “inner body” (an internal vividness behind the external body) was the most common. Of the students, 14,4% experience this feeling several times a day and 13,1% of them at least once a day. An individual is only able to experience this emotion if he or she is consciously experiencing the current moment. Of the college students, 9,8% experiences an emotion several times a day and 9,1% does so once a day that the surrounding world is the reflection of the universal existence. Of the students, 8,5% see themselves in moments of clear conscience several times a day and 4,6% of them experiences this at least once a day. Of the students, 5,9% experience the sense of peace and happiness without any particular reason every day, and 3,3% of them are visited by this feeling several times a day.
The second most common dimension of Conscious Alertnesswas Reduction in the functions of Ego. Within that, the reduction of the desire to possess things was particularly conspicuous.
Of the students, 9,8% rarely and 3,3% of them never or almost never experienced the longing for something more. Being offended and nursing, sustaining the sense of being offended as the strategies of reinforcing the Ego also had a diminishing tendency among many of the college students (rarely: 6,5%, never or almost never 2,6%; nursing the sense of being offended: rarely 5,2%, never or almost never 2,6%). The prevalence of experiencing the sense of “I am right” as a strategy of sustaining and reinforcing the Ego also diminished considerably among college students. Of those college students, 5,2% of them rarely and 3,3% of them never or almost never experience this emotion. Of the college students, 7,8% rarely experience the recklessness and dissatisfaction rooted in dissatisfied want and desires, and 1,3% of them almost never do. The withdrawal of the Ego was the least spectacular at complaining (rarely 2,6%, never or almost never 1,3% of them complain) and boasting (2,1% boast rarely, 0,7% never or almost never do so).
The prevalence of Transcending the functions of Ego was the least common among the components of the Conscious Alertness.
Within that dimension, transcending thinking and emotions were the most frequent patterns of behavior. 3,3% of the students experience this impression daily and 2% several times a day. Of the students, 2,6% have the impression that their thoughts and emotions constitute only a small fragment of their real personalities, and 0,7% of them encounter this feeling several times a day. In the frequency of occurrence, this was followed by the detachment from external things, which was experienced by 3,2% of the students every day and 0,7% of them several times a day. Students appeared to be least capable of transcending the perpetual operation of thinking; only 1,4% of them experienced that the stream of their was aimless and repetitive.
Eckhart Tolle argues that the emergence of the Conscious Alertness is relatively independent of gender; it appears in men as well as in women.
Our research findings underpin this opinion, as we were unable to reveal any considerable difference between the genders in any of the dimensions of Conscious Alertness.
An awakening is a highly rich and complex phenomenon that takes place, increasing your level of understanding and endowing wisdom.
When you experience a spiritual awakening, you are experiencing a state of enlightenment and people on this path undergo a great change within themselves.
Everyone taking the road less traveled to awakening, will experience tremendous growth.
The best definition provided for “enlightenment” is death and rebirth– a death to your former self and life to anew. A death to former ideologies and perceptions and birth to new life; a new a mind frame of reality.
An evolution of consciousness, and the ability to see and experience the world in its truest form of light and love. A world where everything is connected.
Along with a new understanding and a new perception, comes great and direct spiritual implications. During moments of heightened awareness, feelings such as a sense of wholeness, oneness and euphoric bliss emerge. A true knowing that you are connected, alive and the essence of life itself.
These are just a few examples, because everyone venturing this route, will have similar experiences; yet everyone’s perception of reality is different.
However we can pinpoint the major transitions one will go through, prior, during and after an awakening.
8. You’re Asking the Right Questions
Have you ever wondered if there’s something more, something that we are missing. Something that seems illusive, you can’t quite put your finger on it but, something just isn’t right in the world. You may be wondering why you can’t create harmony, you may be wondering why things seem to always fall apart. You may be wondering if there is something more than meets the eye. If you are asking these questions… you are right. There is more, there is so much more and you will find the answers to all the questions you seek. Because asking the right questions, is the first step in the right direction.
No matter the size of your house, your flashy car, your new clothes, the fancy meals, the exotic vacations or how much money you have in your bank account. Something is still missing. A deep dissatisfaction has begun, a void that cannot be filled. You may begin to feel depressed and not understand why. This is the beginning of your quest for spiritual fulfillment.
6. Seeing Past the Distractions
Its seems that modern life has become one big distraction. Endless amounts of entertainment used as a coping mechanism to alleviate you from dealing with your own emotional pain. Boredom is a sure-fire sign of someone who isn’t content with themselves and entertainment (as you have already figured out) will not lead you to spiritual fulfillment. Your mind is your biggest distraction from your soul, for the mind to have the illusion of power and be in the control seat, it denies the soul.
5. Connecting Back to Your Essence
Our essence is the ultimate truth of ourselves living within the design of our soul. Our essence is part of our life’s purpose. It’s the never-changing energy of consciousness of who we are and always will be. It is our personality self, that pesky little ego, that we must make friends with and manage with conscious consideration. By going within we can connect with our essence to unfold our being giving way to the great balance of our spiritual and physical self.
4. Making Heartfelt Connections
When your heart chakra begins to open, you will experience more and more meaningful connections. This opening can occur due to a catalystic experience (someone who breaks your heart completely) or someone you see and communicate with whom you feel a deep connection. It can be a brief or extended relationship, but the relationship serves the purpose of opening your heart chakra. This chakra may also opened by meditation and other various types of practice but is seen in higher numbers by connections with others.
The opening of the heart chakra signifies the great wave of energy flooding through the meridians igniting all of the chakras to achieve an uplifting, as the universal connection unfolds.
3. Inner Child Healing
Healing our childhood’s traumas is a vital step that is required for deep healing. Because we develop most in our first years of life, any trauma will largely impact our perception of reality and the beliefs we hold.
Just by attempting to heal old wounds we will bring about intense growth and maturity. Healing Your Inner Child is the most crucial step that will inevitably, lead to liberation of self.
2. Healing Relationships and Ending Negative Ones
When you can view your relationships from a higher perspective, you have created the ability to change your outcome.
Many people regardless of whether or not they aware they are in an unhealthy relationship, will justify their reasons for staying put and deceive themselves.
When you continually lie to yourself, it perpetuates negative growth and creates other dysfunctional habits in your life. By being true to yourself, and living your own spiritual truths, we bring positive influences into our lives.
We are in fact emotional sponges, each and every one of us, despite your best efforts to form a shell and protect yourself. Therefor creating harmonious relationships and resolving negative ones is an essential step in transcending and evolving the awakened path.
1. Finding the Right Answers
Our ability to learn is as endless as our ability to evolve.
Learning, in itself, is an evolutionary process and it is one that complies with the nature of life. Only those who are willing to learn, possess a burning desire to create their own educated perspectives. And only those who continue to keep their cup empty, will head closer towards attaining enlightenment.
We live here on Earth, together with billions of fellow human beings. That we live is an irrefutable empirical fact. Similarly, the fact that other people live on Earth, too, is also an empirical fact. We do not merely live, however, but we are also personalities.
We are personalities who are similar to each other in various respects, and largely different from each other in other respects. That we are personalities, different from each other is also an empirical fact for us. Out of these two experiences, however, only one is true, the other is deception. Only one is a fact, the other is an illusion, and the biggest illusion in the world at that.
The Beginnings of the Illusion
Let us take a closer look and examine which of the two experiences is true and which is a mere illusion.
Our life in this world begins when we are born. It is obvious that we are alive, but we are not yet a personality. At that time only the simplicity and greatness of the present, the existence is known to us.
The society, and its culture, is what shapes us into personalities while we grow up. We become a personality when our Ego is born. This is an inevitable step in the evolution of the Consciousness, so there is nothing wrong with that.
The Ego is born, the separate little Self, as a focus of the Consciousness. That little Self obtains experience about itself and the world. In the natural course of evolution and as a result of the experience gathered, the Ego withdraws to give way to the process as a result of which Consciousness awakens to its own existence through a human form.
The progress of this evolutionary process can, however, be impeded by an illusion: the illusion that the individual is becoming somebody, a personality. We begin to become somebody, a personality, when we start to identify with the Ego, with that separate little Self. Under that illusion we believe that the Ego is a reality, and we are identical with the Ego, and the development of the separate little Self is in fact the foundation of our personal development. Nowadays it is virtually impossible to avoid that kind of illusion, since mankind has lived in it for thousands of years. The deception has become independent, and the illusion of the Ego is now a reality for the entire mankind, including, naturally, us.
The Nature of the Illusion
Our identification with the Ego makes us therefore somebody, a personality. On the other hand, our identification with the Ego will be the root of all our problems and misery. Since around us everybody considers the Ego as the most important centre of their life, we are also brought up by our parents to have a powerful Ego, a centrepoint in our life, by the time we reach adulthood. It is necessary because our society–and its culture–favors and worships the individuals with a powerful Ego.
Our parents and teachers bring us up in the spirit of the permanent endeavours to become somebody, to become a strong personality, to become somebody different from what are now (to become bigger, more important and better than other people). That is why we always watch the other people, we compare and measure ourselves to them. All that time, we also try to adjust our actions and deeds to the expectations and opinions of others. We keep dealing with the past and the future, and we never have sufficient time to stop and notice the immense illusion behind our life.
The End of the Illusion
An illusion may only survive if it is continually fanned and nourished. If we take a look around through innocent eyes (that is, through eyes free of any kind of opinions) we will soon realize how every society nourishes and fans, through its various institutions, the illusion of the separate little Self, the Ego. How they nourish the illusion of ”somebodyness” in us and in everybody else. All that may take place because every society, every culture is based upon individuals, and if those individuals disappear, they wake up from their ”somebodyness,” the former modus operandi of that society collapses.
That is why Eckhart Tolle is perfectly right when he asserts that the world can only change from inside. The internal change means that we wake up from our ”somebodyness” and we begin to understand what our mission is in the evolutionary progress of the Consciousness.
We must therefore wake up from the illusion of our ”somebodyness” in order to concentrate our attention on reality. That reality is nothing but the innermost empirical fact in our life, that is, the fact that we live, and we constitute a vibrating Consciousness, full of life. That is the reality that has been shrouded from us by the illusion, the mistake that we concentrated all our efforts on sustaining our ”somebodyness.”
If we stop nourishing that illusion, it will vanish after a while. In order to severe the power line of the illusion, we must learn how to notice the vividness and beauty of the present moment. Once we are able to accept the present moment, we are able to accept ourselves and we are able to enjoy the simplicity, tranquillity and peace of existence. The Ego and the experience of ”somebodyness” then disappear, and we remain nothing but pure, vibrating energy, Life itself.

by Michelle Miller| It seems as if ‘being spiritual’ is becoming a trend, the cool thing to do is talk about our third eye opening, the energy we can feel or sense from a crystal, our past lives, or an ability to be telepathic. And well, it is pretty neat, but we are still human. Sometimes getting lost in what a ‘spiritual person does’ gets in the way of how we should just be ourselves. I understand that our purpose is to be the light, but if we all follow one another into the spiritual movement like sheep then nothing has really changed. The light that shines through us may come from the same source, but it’s shining through you and it’s unique to you. Yes, we are all one, but also, you are a channel. The light you emit will not exist at this time and through you today, ever again. This is the balance between the human experience and the spiritualexperience.
#1 ‘Spiritual Enlightenment’ Is Not The End All, Be All
Attaching to enlightenment as the end goal leads to chasing, to focusing on something to be reached in the future. If we are chasing after that then we are avoiding the present moment, the very thing we go on and on about all the time. Attaining enlightenment also doesn’t need to be shoved down everyone’s throat because really, what does it even actually mean to be enlightened? If you are on a
journey, feel free to share, be uniquely you, but as the Dalai Lama says, “People take different roads seeking fulfillment and happiness. Just because they’re not on your road does not mean they are lost.” This took me a second to fully understand because I was so excited about the transformations my family was making, but that doesn’t mean someone else isn’t making an incredible transformation on their road. Ask for their story, you could be quite ‘enlightened’ by it.
#2 ‘Being ‘Spiritual’ Does Not Make You Superior
If we believe that love is at the root of our truth then it should be exuberant in all of our actions, which includes our interactions with those who might not ‘speak the same language.’ We are not better than anyone if we practice yoga or attend spiritual retreats. Just because some of us love mediation doesn’t mean that someone else doesn’t get the same benefits or experiences from praying or singing. Our truth might not be their truth and that’s perfectly fine. If something or someone isn’t ‘aligned’ with you, that’s understandable, but there is also no need to be loud about it. Feel free to state your truth, but try detaching from the person’s response or needing to change them. An argument only means someone must be right and someone must be wrong. There is also power in silence and in listening.
#3 We Are Human and Experience Feelings
Just because we understand that the universe or higher power, or however we prefer to call it, gives us exactly what we need, doesn’t mean that sometimes we experience anger, sadness, fear, or whatever else, when going through daily life. Yes, I believe that where we are is where we’re supposed to be, but if something makes you sad, then cry. Our feelings keep us connected to ourselves and they help us relate to other people, especially to someone who is going through pain and doesn’t want to hear right away that ‘everything happens for a reason.’ Let yourself feel, let others feel, and be aware of your human aspects. Being human is cool too.
#4 Life’s Stresses Can Still Come Up On A Spiritual Journey
Life might throw us something and we might be able to understand it on a deeper level, but it doesn’t mean everything is butterflies and unicorns. Just because we are on a ‘spiritual journey’ doesn’t mean we don’t have an ego or a shadow side. Our ego is apart of us that will come out. Acknowledging the ego and learning from it can allow for deeper healing and a continued evolution as opposed to believing that our egos are non-existent. Sometimes even the deeper we go on this journey, the louder the issues are because growing is healing and healing is growing. Embrace your wounds, your issues, and your shadows. We’re learning/’remembering.’
#5 You Can Enjoy Intimacy, Material Items, and/or A Doughnut.
Some people enjoy the restriction aspect of their journey as they believe in it and feel benefits from it. And I am 100% in support of that. However, if you’d rather not live off of vegetables and you enjoy eating delicacies, be it meat or a dessert, indulge! Drive your nice car, decorate your beautiful home and be intimate with your partner, please, carry on. There is no ‘spiritual diet’ or correct lifestyle. There is no need for drastic measures to get closer to some kind of destination, especially if it just isn’t for you.
Keep ‘being’ you. Tears, tantrums, and all. It’s a temporary experience, love it all, embrace it all.
Signs of this 70 Year Old Prophecy are all around us, from the massive increase in solar activity and solar flares on a measurable level and spiritual signs manifesting as spiritual awakenings on a global level. This prophecy brings everything into perspective of what we can expect to happen in our lifetime. It is an exciting time here on earth, and we are so blessed to be a part of it.
The prophecy as written by Peter Konstantinov Deunov, also known as Beinsa Douno, born in 1886 and who later passed away in 1944, left a prophecy that he had obtained through a trance based state. The prophecy was therefore dated as 1944, a few days before his death in December that year. The prophecy Beinsa Douno left fits right into the times we are going through right now, in relation to the shift in consciousness, the earth changes and our golden age. Back then, Douno was aware and taught that we were moving into the age of Aquarius, as per the astrological age system.
“During the passage of time, the consciousness of man traversed a very long period of obscurity. This phase which the Hindus call ‘Kali Yuga’, is on the verge of ending. We find ourselves today at the frontier between two epochs: that of Kali Yuga and that of the New Era that we are entering.
A gradual improvement is already occurring in the thoughts, sentiments and acts of humans, but everybody will soon be subjugated to divine Fire, that will purify and prepare them in regards to the New Era. Thus man will raise himself to a superior degree of consciousness, indispensable to his entrance to the New Life. That is what one understands by ‘Ascension’.
Some decades will pass before this Fire will come, that will transform the world by bringing it a new moral. This immense wave comes from cosmic space and will inundate the entire earth. All those that attempt to oppose it will be carried off and transferred elsewhere.
Although the inhabitants of this planet do not all find themselves at the same degree of evolution, the new wave will be felt by each one of us. And this transformation will not only touch the Earth, but the ensemble of the entire Cosmos.
The best and only thing that man can do now is to turn towards God and improve himself consciously, to elevate his vibratory level, so as to find himself in harmony with the powerful wave that will soon submerge him.
The Fire of which I speak, that accompanies the new conditions offered to our planet, will rejuvenate, purify, reconstruct everything: the matter will be refined, your hearts will be liberated from anguish, troubles, incertitude, and they will become luminous; everything will be improved, elevated; the thoughts, sentiments and negative acts will be consumed and destroyed.
Your present life is a slavery, a heavy prison. Understand your situation and liberate yourself from it. I tell you this: exit from your prison! It is really sorry to see so much misleading, so much suffering, so much incapacity to understand where one’s true happiness lies.
Everything that is around you will soon collapse and disappear. Nothing will be left of this civilization nor its perversity; the entire earth will be shaken and no trace will be left of this erroneous culture that maintains men under the yoke of ignorance. Earthquakes are not only mechanical phenomena, their goal is also to awaken the intellect and the heart of humans, so that they liberate themselves from their errors and their follies and that they understand that they are not the only ones in the universe.
Our solar system is now traversing a region of the Cosmos where a constellation that was destroyed left its mark, its dust. This crossing of a contaminated space is a source of poisoning, not only for the inhabitants of the earth, but for all the inhabitants of the other planets of our galaxy. Only the suns are not affected by the influence of this hostile environment. This region is called “the thirteenth zone”; one also calls it “the zone of contradictions”. Our planet was enclosed in this region for thousands of years, but finally we are approaching the exit of this space of darkness and we are on the point of attaining a more spiritual region, where more evolved beings live.
The earth is now following an ascending movement and everyone should force themselves to harmonize with the currents of the ascension. Those who refuse to subjugate themselves to this orientation will lose the advantage of good conditions that are offered in the future to elevate themselves. They will remain behind in evolution and must wait tens of millions of years for the coming of a new ascending wave.
The earth, the solar system, the universe, all are being put in a new direction under the impulsion of Love. Most of you still consider Love as a derisory force, but in reality, it is the greatest of all forces! Money and power continue to be venerated as if the course of your life depended upon it. In the future, all will be subjugated to Love and all will serve it. But it is through suffering and difficulties that the consciousness of man will be awakened.
The terrible predictions of the prophet Daniel written in the bible relate to the epoch that is opening. There will be floods, hurricanes, gigantic fires and earthquakes that will sweep away everything. Blood will flow in abundance. There will be revolutions; terrible explosions will resound in numerous regions of the earth. There where there is earth, water will come, and there where there is water, earth will come. God is Love; yet we are dealing here with a chastisement, a reply by Nature against the crimes perpetrated by man since the night of time against his Mother; the Earth.
After these sufferings, those that will be saved, the elite, will know the Golden Age, harmony and unlimited beauty. Thus keep your peace and your faith when the time comes for suffering and terror, because it is written that not a hair will fall from the head of the just. Don’t be discouraged, simply follow your work of personal perfection.
You have no idea of the grandiose future that awaits you. A New Earth will soon see day. In a few decades the work will be less exacting, and each one will have the time to consecrate spiritual, intellectual and artistic activities. The question of rapport between man and woman will be finally resolved in harmony; each one having the possibility of following their aspirations. The relations of couples will be founded on reciprocal respect and esteem. Humans will voyage through the different planes of space and breakthrough intergalactic space. They will study their functioning and will rapidly be able to know the Divine World, to fusion with the Head of the Universe.
The New Era is that of the sixth race. Your predestination is to prepare yourself for it, to welcome it and to live it. The sixth race will build itself around the idea of Fraternity. There will be no more conflicts of personal interests; the single aspiration of each one will be to conform himself to the Law of Love. The sixth race will be that of Love. A new continent will be formed for it. It will emerge from the Pacific, so that the Most High can finally establish His place on this planet.
The founders of this new civilization, I call them ‘Brothers of Humanity’ or also ‘Children of Love’. They will be unshakeable for the good and they will represent a new type of men. Men will form a family, as a large body, and each people will represent an organ in this body. In the new race, Love will manifest in such a perfect manner, that today’s man can only have a very vague idea.
The earth will remain a terrain favourable to struggle, but the forces of darkness will retreat and the earth will be liberated from them. Humans seeing that there is no other path will engage themselves to the path of the New Life, that of salvation. In their senseless pride, some will, to the end hope to continue on earth a life that the Divine Order condemns, but each one will finish by understanding that the direction of the world doesn’t belong to them.
A new culture will see the light of day, it will rest on three principal foundations: the elevation of woman, the elevation of the meek and humble, and the protection of the rights of man.
The light, the good, and justice will triumph; it is just a question of time. The religions should be purified. Each contains a particle of the Teaching of the Masters of Light, but obscured by the incessant supply of human deviation. All the believers will have to unite and to put themselves in agreement with one principal, that of placing Love as the base of all belief, whatever it may be. Love and Fraternity that is the common base! The earth will soon be swept by extraordinary rapid waves of Cosmic Electricity. A few decades from now beings who are bad and lead others astray will not be able to support their intensity. They will thus be absorbed by Cosmic Fire that will consume the bad that they possess. Then they will repent because it is written that “each flesh shall glorify God”.
Our mother, the earth, will get rid of men that don’t accept the New Life. She will reject them like damaged fruit. They will soon not be able to reincarnate on this planet; criminals included. Only those that possess Love in them will remain.
There is not any place on earth that is not dirtied with human or animal blood; she must therefore submit to a purification. And it is for this that certain continents will be immersed while others will surface. Men do not suspect to what dangers they are menaced by. They continue to pursue futile objectives and to seek pleasure. On the contrary those of the sixth race will be conscious of the dignity of their role and respectful of each one’s liberty. They will nourish themselves exclusively from products of the vegetal realm. Their ideas will have the power to circulate freely as the air and light of our days.
The words “If you are not born again” apply to the sixth race. Read Chapter 60 of Isaiah it relates to the coming of the sixth race, the Race of Love.
After the Tribulations, men will cease to sin and will find again the path of virtue. The climate of our planet will be moderated everywhere and brutal variations will no longer exist. The air will once again become pure, the same for water. The parasites will disappear. Men will remember their previous incarnations and they will feel the pleasure of noticing that they are finally liberated from their previous condition.
In the same manner that one gets rid of the parasites and dead leaves on the vine, so act the evolved Beings to prepare men to serve the God of Love. They give to them good conditions to grow and to develop themselves, and to those that want to listen to them, they say: “Do not be afraid! Still a little more time and everything will be all right; you are on the good path. May he that wants to enter in the New Culture study, consciously work and prepare.”
Thanks to the idea of Fraternity, the earth will become a blessed place, and that will not wait. But before, great sufferings will be sent to awaken the consciousness. Sins accumulated for thousands of years must be redeemed. The ardent wave emanating from On High will contribute in liquidating the karma of peoples. The liberation can no longer be postponed. Humanity must prepare itself for great trials that are inescapable and are coming to bring an end to egoism.
Under the earth, something extraordinary is preparing itself. A revolution that is grandiose and completely inconceivable will manifest itself soon in nature. God has decided to redress the earth, and He will do it! It is the end of an epoch; a new order will substitute the old, an order in which Love will reign on earth.”
“I have always believed, and I still believe, that whatever good or bad fortune may come our way we can always give it meaning and transform it into something of value.” ~ Hermann Hesse
I remember when my life was a complete mess. I felt so utterly lost and didn’t even know where to start in my healing process.
Because my life was in such chaos, I assumed that only something big could help transform my life. Maybe a long and tedious self-help program or years of counseling were the only options.
And then things changed. Day by day, I discovered a profound truth that still accompanies me today:
Oftentimes, the solution for complex problems can be found in the simplest practices.
In the two years since the start of my inner journey, I can report that the most impactful changes in my life have come from very simple practices like breathing, sitting in silence, contemplating nature, being still.
These practices are all part of my “toolbox of inner transformation”. But if I had to pick my favorite of the pack, it would be the practice I call “Priming for Miracles”.
Here’s how it goes.
But first a disclaimer: you may not be able to handle all the intense, amazing things that come your way once you start using this practice. Ha!
Step-by-step guide to Priming for Miracles
Every morning, when I open my eyes, I smile and say out loud to the universe:
“Good morning life! What miracles await me today?”
Then I get out of bed, make some coffee, and go about my day. I remain intensely present, even through the most mundane tasks. I’m eagerly anticipating miracles to occur every minute of the day.
The reason I’m anticipating them is because I planted the question in my brain as soon as I opened my eyes. I essentially primed my brain for miracles right out of bed.
By planting that question, I directed my awareness toward the observation of miracles in everyday life.
Here’s an example of how this works.
Suppose you’re standing next to someone in a packed parking lot. Now let’s say I whisper in your ear “find the blue cars” but I don’t say anything to the person next to you.
At the end of this exercise, who will see more blue cars? You or the person standing next to you?
Because you were “primed”, you’ll see so many more blue cars than the person who was not directed.
The same applies to miracles. As I go about my day, I see so many of them pop up. And the more miracles I witness, the more excited and grateful I feel.
Witnessing miracles ascends my energy. I can live in awe, wonder and joy, even amidst my daily routine.
And because “like attracts like”, the energy of awe and wonder also attracts to me more miracles.
The more excited I get at witnessing a miracle, the more they flow in my direction.
Not only that, but the more I can witness little miracles, the bigger they get.
At the end of the day, as I’m going to sleep, I again speak out loud to the universe:
“Thank you for all the miracles today!”
And then I specifically enumerate them.
“Thank you for the butterfly that flew by my face as I was running in the forest!”
“Thank you for the flowers that are blossoming in my garden!”
“Thank you for the person who was rude to me at the grocery store!”
“Thank you for the warm, nutritious meals I ate!”
“Thank you for the traffic jam, as I was running late to an appointment!”
“Thank you for the bird that sang at my window, as I prepared lunch!”
Now, you may be wondering why I included “bad” things like rude people and traffic jams in my list of miracles. There’s a reason for that.
The person who was rude to me at the grocery store gave me the opportunity to practice patience and loving-kindness. The traffic jam allowed me to pause, take a deep breath, and flow more with life. Being stuck gave me perspective. The world wasn’t ending just because I was late.
At the end of the day, the rude person and the traffic jam made me more patient, kind, and gave me greater perspective on life.
Isn’t that a miracle?
As I’m drifting off to sleep, I make sure to smile.
In that smile is a silent but powerful realization, which I say out loud too:
“I’m so eager and excited for tomorrow! There are so many miracles to witness!”
And that’s it. I do this every single day.
Try it and let me know how you do! I can honestly say that this simple practice has completely changed my life in ways that I cannot even articulate. Or maybe I can:
“It’s all a miracle.

For what seems like a millennia there has been a sex negative conditioning that has plagued our society. While there are spiritual benefits of celibacy, there are a lot more benefits of sacred sexuality when used properly and can be referred to as “Sex Magic”.
But for the magic to happen it takes emotional and spiritual maturity. Sexual activities such as tantric sex, conscious sex, orgasmic meditation, erotic meditation and sexual healing refer to body based sensual and sexual practices that support spiritual and conscious evolution.
When we understand that our sexuality is sacred we become more equipped to clear away any emotional complexities splitting us from our spirit-sex connection. We need to adapt the understanding that sex is in service to our spiritand reclaim our innocence when enjoying this sensory experience.
Sex is the merging of two forces and two beings the god/goddess energies, yin and yang, sperm and egg and when you merge your energies with another who has developed their own god/goddess consciousness this sacred act can lift you to new heights and new possibilities. It is essentially where the sex magic happens.
The secret to sacred sex is divine love and so in order to have sacred sex you must first have consciousness and when you have conscious sex it expands your consciousness. Sounds like a lot of consciousnesses hey?
But it truly is what we are trying to do. By attaining higher levels of consciousness we are expanded our perception of reality and unifying our understanding of the universe effectively connecting ourselves to the divine and unconditional.
Sacred Sex can generate the powerful energy for this connection to occur and there are even reports of some experiencing Kundalini Rising and Awakening during this sacred act.

Theresa Bullard, Ph.D.|We all have an innate desire to grow and to become the very best expressions of ourselves. This is why we spend our lives learning, evolving, and striving to align with a way of life that both supports and fulfills us. To achieve this requires that we transform from where we are now to where we want to be. Growth, progress, and even our very survival depend on us transforming our lives and our world for the better.
Today, the world is changing fast. Technology continues to advance at speeds that are increasingly difficult to keep up with. Things seem in a constant state of fluctuation. Jobs change, relationships end and new ones begin. There may be times of financial difficulties or challenges at work. With greater connectivity, faster speed of change, and more daily pressures than ever before, we have become a society of people that are more stressed, depressed, sick, and dissatisfied in life. What happened to creating a life that supports and fulfills us?
Life in our modern world is in a state of change more often than not. But through change may come transformation. Many people quote the famous words of Gandhi “Be the change you want to see.” This is very true, but there is more to it than that! To seize the opportunities that change presents us with requires that we first understand the process of transformation, how to harness the tides of change and direct their course.
So, how do we take advantage of the opportunities for transformation that are available to us now? What are the steps we can take that our lives and our world can depend on to get us to a better future?
Have you ever experienced drastic change in your life, only to later find yourself repeating the same old pattern, or meeting the same obstacles once again? This can be very frustrating and baffling to us, and it keeps us feeling as if we are running in a hamster wheel or repeating “Groundhog’s Day” over and over. We thought we were through with that already, but what the the ancient traditions of Alchemy reveal is that we were maybe only half-way through the transformational process and then got stuck.
Only when we have advanced through all seven of these stages of Alchemy successfully, will our transformation be fully integrated and stabilized. When we do, that is when we will finally be able to truly move on from those old obstacles, without fear of having to repeat the same ones again.
So what are these 7 essential steps for spiritual growth that your life can depend on?
1) Breakdown & breakthrough
The first step to transformation happens when a major event or trauma occurs in your life. Losing a job, ending a deep relationship, having a big argument, experiencing financial hardship, getting into an accident or sudden illness, or a major failure at work are all examples of potential breakdown points.
These kinds of events shake the foundation of your life and thus becomes the catalyst for your transformation. Recognize that the challenges you face are a sign that something in you or your way of operating needs to change. Face the challenge head on and know that this is ultimately an opportunity for growth into a better expression of yourself.
2) Dissolve & purify
Change can be scary. Fear, anger, confusion and possibly even a mental or emotional paralysis may come up for you or others affected by the changes. Allow for some time to process the emotions that accompany any challenging event. See this stage as an opportunity to connect more deeply with your inner soul and that of others.
Changes can be traumatic, and both the body and the psyche need time to process and release this. By providing this time for inner work, you can began to purify and eliminate any impurities or imbalances, thus creating space for something new to begin to manifest.
3) Separate and identify
Once the emotions are released and begin to settle, you can then start to separate out what exactly was released. This is the time to identify the aspects of your life or modes of operating that you want to keep, versus those that you want to discard.
For example, in the case of an illness, this could mean maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regimen, while eliminating toxic thoughts, habits or people from your life. Now is also the time to really begin to bring your life vision into greater clarity and integrity.
4) Recombine & harmonize
After eliminating some of the imbalances or problem areas from the previous steps, it is now time to recombine the positive and beneficial aspects back together into a new pattern. This stage is about bringing the best aspects of yourself and your life back together into balance and harmony. This nourishes us and helps us start feeling back to ourselves again, only now more elevated.
Here you also begin to formulate or clarify a new vision of what you would like your life to look like, or what would be the ideal outcome of this whole experience. This new refined vision becomes your guiding light for the rest of the transformational process. The new vision or goal should motivate you at a deep level and inspire you to do the work that is necessary to attain it.
5) Mature your vision
Create a plan for bringing your vision into full fruition. Take action! Begin applying the steps of your plan and put your transformations to the test. As you do you will get feedback from the world that will reflect to you whether you are on course or need further purification.
If further clean-up is needed, which usually is, then continue to refine the vision and plan by taking it through more cycles of separation and recombination, until it is brought into a state of stability, integration, and produces the desired results.
At this stage, also realize that the things that still require purification may be more subtle than before. They will also likely lie hidden within more deeply rooted beliefs and assumptions about “the way things are” or “who I am”. Further soul-searching and vision questing is needed here. A willingness to sacrifice false assumptions or attachments to certain outmoded identities and ways of being is also required.
6) Raise your vibration
Once the final impurities have been rooted out at deeper levels from the previous steps, it is now time to raise things up to Peak State and optimize their potential. This means that we must raise the energetic vibration and Consciousness level that is embodied within the new purified self.
As we do, we will also be able to produce results that will have maximum impact as we manifest our vision. To begin to raise your vibration and shift into a higher state of consciousness you can use tools such as meditation, active imagination, visualization, focused breathing techniques, sensory stimulation, and listening to metamusic with brainwave entrainment frequencies, to name a few.
The goal here is to infuse higher states of Consciousness into ourselves, our manifestations, and our world. To do so, first we must access that higher state of Consciousness, then we must bring its wisdom and illumination down into practical applications and tangible form.
The final step is about crystallizing your transformed self into optimum potential. As things crystallize, your life and your work become things of greater beauty, integrity and wholeness. Synchronicities, a sense of fulfillment, and a bubbling up of excitement are signs that you are on the right track to getting to this point. Crystallization is where Peak State is finally actualized and your Vision is successfully manifested in its ultimate form. Here you reap the rewards and congratulate yourself for a job well done.
Nature is constantly driving evolution onwards and upwards. We should never think we are so good that we can’t get better. So even while we “arrive” in one area of life, there are other areas that will be identified to transform next, and there will always be more mountains to climb. And so as one cycle ends, the next begins.
By recognizing these stages at any given time and applying appropriate methods to accelerate each stage, we continue to transform in new ways. Only now, being wiser and more experienced at how to accelerate our evolution, we can step into the drivers seat of change.
What to take away from this
Anytime we want to make a change, achieve a new goal, eliminate a bad habit, or develop a new skill or gift, we must go through these same seven stages to get to a place of mastery in that new area. Often people don’t realize there are seven stages to transformation, and so they tend to fall short of truly mastering and fully integrating a new change.
By understanding what all seven stages are, how to identify where we are at in the process, and what is needed to progress from one stage to the next, we can more powerfully accelerate our progress to mastery in any area of life.
In our today’s world we need to individually and collectively make a quantum leap of change. If you are someone who is dedicated to transformation, then I invite you to join our collective of conscious change-agents, and we’ll help you learn the secrets to harnessing your transformational process, so you can drive it forward to the next level, every time.

Climax of Awakening
by Zen Gardner, Guest
Much is being said about the transition we’re now undergoing. Is it a cosmic occurrence, a societal awakening, or perhaps a spiraling convergence of timeless influences destined to bring humanity to its true conscious awareness?
It’s never healthy to over-spiritualize any occurrence or phenomenon but these have become very real, howbeit esoteric, questions.
It’s clear the current paradigm of deceit is crumbling before our eyes and that a major transformation in human consciousness is taking place. We cannot deny that, despite the furious socio-geopolitical activities unfolding before us and the naysaying of skeptical observers.
What tends to be seriously minimized is our empowered place in all of this. What can we do in the face of such an onslaught? Is there a role for us to play? Why the feeling of helplessness as we watch our skies, food and water close in with toxins and our societies constrict as if destined to bring our demise?
Standing Up to the Storm
Knowing we are called for such a time as this is essential. There’s sound footing to be had despite the mayhem we witness day by day. It’s no accident we are here, never mind awakened at this time. That we see clearly what is transpiring all around us is perhaps the biggest clue there is that the solution is within us, and its manifestation closely at hand.
But it needs our participation. That’s the key.
Activating in conscious response is our unified call, in whatever form we are called. Individually and collectively we are the force they fear and hence are dealing with in such a draconian fashion, which in itself is testament to the power we possess. This cannot be emphasized enough.
This Has Happened Before
Not many are aware of the fact that Buddha, Lao Tzu, Confucius, Zoroaster and the early spiritual Greek philosophers were all alive within the same short time period approximately 2500 years ago. It too was a time of great awakening, without the aid of today’s communication abilities afforded by the internet. Something was afoot during that golden age of opportunity, the truth of which has rung throughout history.
This makes our awakening exponentially more profound as well as powerful in the grand scheme of our planetary history.
We have been given the tools to respond. In love, in truth, and in full knowledge and understanding. This again is why our generation is so fiercely feared as well as opposed. To realize this is a source of great encouragement to anyone wavering in their new found discoveries and convictions. We truly are a tide of empowered truth that is sweeping the world, despite all of the outside appearances to the contrary.
Ages and Sages – The Time is Now
The convergence we are experiencing is everything to be excited about. Do not doubt your inner voice. We stand in full conviction and need not be moved by the barkings of technofascism or police state tactics. We must operate in calm, trusting knowing that what has been established in our hearts is the true nature of humanity and our planet and that these machinations from some sort of imaginary hell are simply that – false, fabricated weapons of fear-based intimidation designed to destabilize our heart felt footing in the true reality of the world as it should, could, will be, and already is.
It’s all about the individual. We stand alone, yet together. We move with honor and dignity. We speak truth, in love. Our force, even if it be just one alone, is more than the lie can handle. In that conviction the heart wins. No matter the seeming outcome in any surface skirmish, we win. Because Truth always wins out. Always.
Know that. Your actions will follow, one at a time. Trust your heart.
But do know the hour is late. Delaying your true role is no longer an option.
