I’m one of the first people to advocate water. I recently started drinking five glasses a day. I drink a glass of water when I first wake up, with each meal and before I go to bed. This has left me more full and improved my weight loss. When water is your primary beverage, it is going to make your body feel tremendously better.

First and foremost, drinking only water helps to slow down aging. When our body is hydrated, our skin looks healthier and is more soft. There is more of a glow to our skin and wrinkles have a tendency to not show up as frequently. Similarly, it’s going to help keep our muscles strong as we exercise and follow a healthy diet. These benefits, however, only hold true when a person drinks pure water. This is either tap water or bottled water, but does not included any waters that have artificial flavors. It’s possible that your body was just dehydrated. That’s what I enjoy so much about drinking five glasses a day. I’m not going to get dehydrated and my body is not going to experience that many headaches. Water really can be a cure when you need it the most.

A big reason to drink water is that it curbs our appetite. If you’re struggling to lose weight, drink water. Drinking water before each meal helps your body feel full for longer. If you know you’ll have a lot of food in front of you, drink a glass of water prior to going our for dinner. This is going to help you intake fewer calories. It’s also going to help your digestive system break down your food much easier. When we are dehydrated, our digestive system takes longer to pass food from the stomach to the kidneys and then to the colon. Cut this time in half just by staying hydrated. You’ll find that you feel much healthier.

On another note, water keeps our kidneys in working order. Our kidneys are the housekeepers of our body. They move waste and toxins out of our body. When you’re drinking enough water, your urine should be clear and odor free, while bowel movements move with ease from your colon. On the contrary, when you don’t drink enough water, this is where constipation and diarrhea come into play. You’re going to find that your trips to the bathroom are much longer and  more difficult. Drinking too little water could also make you a higher risk for kidney stones, which are never fun.

Water also plays a key role in a healthy heart. When you drink water before bed, you are working to lower your risk of a heart attack or stroke. This is due to the fact that water helps your organs work more efficiently while you are sleeping. It makes the blood circulate better throughout the body, while helping it from clotting. Blot clots anywhere in the body can quickly travel to the heart. These can lead to death if they go unnoticed or untreated, so make sure you get up and do some form of exercise each day.

Moreover, drinking an adequate amount of water helps to reduce cancer. Water helps to keep the organs function as they were intended, which means it protects the organs and everything surrounding it. People that drink at least five glasses of water a day are likely to see a reduced risk of colon cancer than those that drank two glasses a day, Similarly, drinking enough water can lower a woman’s chances of encountering breast cancer by up to thirty-three percent. Drinking water really can reduce or eliminate a lot of illnesses. It’s the only beverage that is nearly guaranteed to keep your body young and healthy for the majority of your life.

Drinking water for 30 days can also trim your muffin top. Once you start drinking water regularly, your body starts trimming fat around your vital organs. It removes harmful toxins and waste from your body that stick to your body like super glue. Near the 30-day mark, however, you’re going to see results. Your body is going to start to look slimmer. You may have gone down a pant or dress size and your double chin may be decreasing. These are all wonderful things! It’s hard to be patient, but keep it up. Because without healthy mind, we can not find motivation and without motivation, we can’t have inspiration, and without inspiration, we can never be creative.

Once we start seeing a difference,, we will then realize, we have the power to change things and make our lives a positive one.

But hiking actually does give us both. Hiking can be an effective way to meditate as we explained before by teaching us how to focus. Hiking also helps by releasing dopamine and making us in return feel happy and satisfied. A healthy mind looks at things from a different angle. A healthy mind thinks calmly, does not panic and does not self destroy with negative thinking.

How Harmonic Frequencies Cure Cancer, Seriously.

Many people believe cancer is caused by DNA damage. The truth is that, while cancer cells may have DNA damage, it’s more likely the DNA damage is a symptom and not a cause. So what really causes cancer? Researchers have been trying to answer that question for 125 years.

Microbes, Energy, Vibration and Cancer

It was discovered in 1890 by William Russell that microbes exist inside and outside of cancer cells. In 1931 Otto Warburg won the Nobel Prize in medicine for discovering that cancer cells had low “ATP energy”. A nice picnic at a park, a walk on the beach, hiking if you like that, or running, walking… camping somewhere… Explore nature, listen to the sound of the wind, leaves, trees, breathe in fresh air… Let the good thoughts in and exhale the bad thoughts out. Enjoy moments of quietness. Silence often tells us more than we can hear when we are in a crowded place.

  1. Accept things as they are so you can move on

Everything happens for a reason. There are no coincidences in life. Everything crosses our path to give us signs or teach us a lesson. When we learn to look at things this way, we will be training our brains to approach things from a different angle. And this won’t be a self-destructive approach, instead, it will help us grow spiritually and bring us closer to our Higher Self.

  1. Forgive others and forgive yourself

One more step towards peace of mind. Forgiveness is a great virtue. By accepting we are all equal human beings and we can all make mistakes because we are not perfect will give us the freedom we need to reach peace. Freedom from feeling like a victim, freedom from regrets, freedom from holding grudges, freedom from anger… Forgiving does not mean forgetting. Forgiving is acknowledging the experience, learning from it, making peace with it and finally moving on.

  1. Don’t get stuck in the past

Guilt, regrets, anger, resentments, sadness, and many other emotions keep us in the past as we try to take a step forward. They hold us from one foot and pull us back in time and make us feel immobilized, heavy-hearted and blocked. We would feel confused and wouldn’t know how to deal with present in order to prepare a better future for ourselves. So every time you find yourself stuck in the past, thinking of something or someone who brings out bad or sad feelings, do a simple breathing exercise. First, exhale a slow and deep breath and just feel your chest and stomach go down. And as you exhale, label this moment as the moment of acknowledgement of that certain feeling. And tell yourself when you inhale, you will bring this knowledge in with you and turn it into something positive. Repeat this exercise until you feel fully relaxed.

Exercising helps us release stress and anxiety by increasing the levels of endorphin hormones. When we do it regularly, our bodies adjust to the new hormone levels and we naturally start feeling better physically and mentally. Physical activities also increase our self-esteem. We feel better because we know we are doing something good for our health. Each time we feel good after an exercise, our self-confidence repairs itself more and more. Which in turn promotes self-respect. All things necessary to feel more positive and feel stronger to change the bad energy we feel inside into something positive and fruitful.

  1. Spend more time taking care of yourself

When was the last time you had lunch with yourself? Seriously! Or when was the last time you decided “I will go out and do this today, because I have been wanting this for so long”? Reward yourself, give yourself little gifts here and there. That movie you wanted to see so bad, go see it alone, you don’t have to do it with someone else, unless you absolutely want to. Buy yourself something. Join a hobby class somewhere. Maybe you want to learn a new language? Or go to a spa. Start taking yoga lessons maybe? It all depends on what really interests you and gives you satisfaction.

13, Take responsibility for your actions

It is easy to get mad at others and judge them for what they do. Oftentimes, we forget they are humans just like we are and they do have their weaknesses just like we do. For some reason, it is more acceptable for us when we make mistakes or when we mistreat someone, we have a list of excuses and reasons ready, but we can’t that easily extend that understanding to someone else. Understand and accept that your actions affect other people just like other people’s actions affect yours. You can not do anything about them taking responsibility about their actions but you can do something about yours. Do not let your ego overpower you. Then you will get stuck in the past again. If you need to apologize, then do so. If you need time to sit down and talk to someone after a certain event, then give that time to yourself. But once you are ready, let it out and apologize when you realize you need to.

  1. Do not let negative people overpower you

Just like positive people can uplift you, negative people can suck up your energy especially if you are an empath and do not know how to close yourself up when you face a negative situation in order to protect yourself. Learn when to distance yourself from these people so you can protect your inner balance.

15, Focus on what is good for you

Mindfulness meditation helps you classify your thoughts and organize them. By doing so you will be able to see what is good for you and what is holding you back. Try mindfulness meditation about 10 minutes a day, every morning before you start your day. Declutter your mind. Choose the path that will help you in your spiritual growth and don’t look back.
